Our goal is to kindly serve and please each guest. Products and services require resources in which there is a cost associated. Therefore, no refunds are issued on services. Services may be exchanged for an equal valued service, or converted to a credit on your account. Products are eligible for exchange if unopened.
All prepaid purchases, including gift cards, must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift certificates expire 90 days from date issued.
All efforts will be made to schedule appointments within your practitioner preferences. However, no warranty or assurance is extended guaranteeing practitioner availability.
